People wrote an appeal to the head of the unrecognized Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin, asking him to let them go.
The letter says that 30 people arrived at the checkpoint Yelenivka on June 26.
As previously reported, more than 30 residents of occupied Donbas got stuck at the Novotroitske checkpoint because of the lack of smartphones.
The difficult situation with the intersection of checkpoints continues from the beginning of the week. Every day, at night, 30-40 people remain at the emergency service station at the checkpoint. Their composition and number is changing, as some citizens manage to solve the problem with the lack of an application.
The Ukrainian military intelligence reported earlier that Russian occupants continue the active propaganda campaign among the population of the temporarily occupied territories. They are trying to recruit the locals for military service in the ranks for self-styled "people's republics". They particularly need vehicle drivers, mortar crew members, artillery crew members, connection operators, and medics. The propaganda campaign is first of all aimed at the local residents who either lost their jobs or have experienced wage arrears for a while.
Besides, the command of terrorist forces considers potential candidacies of those who were previously sacked from the military for rude breaches of military discipline.
