"During September 30 cargo vessels-violators were recorded entering the ports of the occupied Crimea. In general, these vessels carried out 79 enters to the ports of Kerch, Sevastopol and Feodosia, of which 23 vessels were under the flag of the Russian Federation and 7 under the flags of other states, in particular Palau, Sierra Leone, Togo, Tanzania, "it was reported.
According to the information, five more ships under the flags of Malta, Panama, Tanzania, Togo and Russia were in the water area of the ports of Sevastopol, Feodosia and Yalta without entering the port terminals.
It is noted that the entry of vessels under foreign flags into closed seaports and terminals located on the territory of Crimea and Sevastopol will be considered as a violation of the international law norms as actions that undermine Ukraine's sovereignty, and also as a violation of Ukrainian legislation, which entails responsibility of ship owners, operators and shipmasters, including criminal one.
As it was reported earlier Turkey has agreed to receive cruise ships that will also enter the ports of the occupied Crimea and the Caucasus in Istanbul port, the Deputy Transport Minister of Russian Federation Viktor Olersky announced.
"We have been negotiating with the Turkish authorities. At first we received refusal, because the ships were to enter Crimean ports. But then we got a positive answer, it was recorded,"Olersky said.
Russian cruise ships will ply the route to the Black Sea from the holiday season of 2017, according to him.
