It is noted that the entry of vessels under foreign flags into closed seaports and terminals located on the territory of Crimea and Sevastopol will be considered as a violation of the international law norms as actions that undermine Ukraine's sovereignty, and also as a violation of Ukrainian legislation, which entails responsibility of ship owners, operators and shipmasters, including criminal one.

As it was reported earlier Turkey has agreed to receive cruise ships that will also enter the ports of the occupied Crimea and the Caucasus in Istanbul port, the Deputy Transport Minister of Russian Federation Viktor Olersky announced.

"We have been negotiating with the Turkish authorities. At first we received refusal, because the ships were to enter Crimean ports. But then we got a positive answer, it was recorded,"Olersky said.

Russian cruise ships will ply the route to the Black Sea from the holiday season of 2017, according to him.
