285 people are on Ukraine’s list on prisoner swap with occupied Donbas militants. There are 90 militants. The principle “all for all” should be used to return Ukrainian citizens as Hromadske Radio reported citing Ukraine’s Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmyla Denisova.
“Out of 90 people, on the list written up by militants, we confirmed 15. In our list that concerns the return of our citizens from the custodial settings in occupied Donbas, there are 285 people, including 44 military. Almost all of them are confirmed. We can move on principle agreed in Minsk, I mean, the exchange “all for all”; it means all confirmed for all confirmed,” Denisova said.
Earlier, Head of the Ukrainian delegation in the Trilateral Contact Group Leonid Kravchuk stated that there is no progress in the prisoner swap.
As we reported, Lyudmyla Denisova said that the number of Ukrainians held captive in the illegally occupied territories of Crimea and Donbas is constantly growing and currently stands at 376 people.
