27 attacks on Ukrainian positions in Donbas over 24 hours

Since Sunday morning, pro-Kremlin militants shelled the emplacements of the Ukrainian military 27 times. The government troops suffered no casualties in action, the HQ of the Joint Forces Operation reported.

The enemy fired Minsk-banned weapons 11 times over the said period. 

Fights took place in Krymske, Novotoshkivske, Novoluhanske, Katerynivka, Novozvanivka, Luhanske, Svitlodarsk, Vilnyi, Krasnohorivka, Novomykhailivka, Novotroitske, Hnutove, Vodyane, Lebedynskeб and Shyrokyne.

Militants used mostly small arms, heavy machine guns, and grenade launchers. 122 mm artillery shells hit the Ukrainian positions near Vodyane. 120 mm mines hit Luhanske, Svitlodarsk, Novoluhanske, Vodyane, and Lebedynske. In Novotoshkivske, Luhanske, and Hnutove, they fired 82 mm mines. The enemy also used IFVs and AA guns. A sniper opened fire near Hnutove.  

The Ukrainian intelligence reported that one enemy fighter was killed in action; another seven sustained injuries.
