25 000 civilians remain under artillery shelling in Avdiivka. 524 of them are pre-school children, 8900 pensioners, 402 persons with disabilities and more than 320 orphans. It is reported by the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

"About 23-25 thousand people remain under artillery attacks. They need help at any time by law enforcement officers patrol the city, assisted by police", Abroskin said.

Yesterday it became known that Avdiivka is left without water, electricity and heat due to attacks. The city declared a state of emergency, evacuation is possible. In this case, about 16 thousand people need to be taken out of town.

Police reinforcements arrived from the regional central board, headed by General Vyacheslav Abroskin at night. Employees of Avdiivka police station together with the consolidated detachment patrol fix all the consequences of terrorist aggression and assist the local population.
