Recently President Poroshenko reported about 10 Ukrainian soldiers released from militants’ captivity.
Two days ago Tandit Yuri, representative of the captive release center, said that the parties of the conflict planned a large-scale all-to-all exchange. However, it did not happen. Donetsk militants did not agreed to exchange because of an unequal number of prisoners and demanded a law on amnesty to be adopted by the Ukrainian authorities, said Volodymyr Ruban, head of the captive release center “Officer corps”. Without adopting this law, all-to-all exchange will not happen.
