24 hours in JFO zone: militants use BM-21 Grad

During past 24 hours, the situation in Joint Forces Operation zone was complicated, attacks continued being performed through the entire contact line with the use of heavy artillery, as the press office of Joint Forces Operation reports.

Russian occupation troops have violated the ceasefire 58 times over the past 24 hours. 22 times they used 120-mm artillery, 120- and 82-mm mortar launchers.

The enemy tried to displace Armed Forces units near Novotoshkivske, Krymske, Novozvanivka, Zolote and Troitske in Luhansk region ineffectively.

Intensive combat operations were being conducted near Zaitseve, Zalizne, Avdiivka and Novotroitske in Donetsk sector. The militants used artillery and mortar launchers from Horlivka, hiding behind civilians.

Attacks were being performed near Pyshchevyk, Talakivka and Shyrokyne.

Three Armed Forces soldiers were injured as a result of the fighting. As it is reported, the wounded were taken to the hospital, they are out of danger.

According to the surveillance data, one occupant died and three were injured.

The enemy used heavy weaponry, including BM-21 rocket system shooting at Avdiivka defenders near Donetsk filtering station.

The representatives of the HQ stated that the Joint Forces control the situation in the area. No casualties among Ukrainian soldiers reported.
