24 hours in JFO zone: Eight attacks performed

The militants fired at the Armed Forces positions eight times on Friday, July 6, as the JFO HQ reported on Facebook.

“The Russian occupation troops have opened fire eight times in Luhansk, Horlivka and Mariupol sectors from infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms at the Armed Forces positions near Krymske, Pivdenne, Noselivka, Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka and Vodyane,” the message says.

It is also noted that a sniper was shooting at the positions of Krasnohorivka defenders.

No casualties among the Ukrainian soldiers reported.

As we reported earlier, Oleksandr Skus, the Ukrainian Army serviceman died in combat in Donbas. He was the native of Cherkasy region, central Ukraine.

It appears that Skus served with the military unit A0693, stationed in Bakhmut, Donetsk region. The deceased fighter left his son and daughter behind.

Earlier, the Joint Forces Commander ordered to change the operation mode of Zolote checkpoint in Luhansk region.
