24 hours in Donbas: Militants violate ceasefire four times

As of 6:00 p.m., August 1, the militants violated ceasefire regime four times in JFO zone. The press office of JFO reports on Facebook.

According to HQ, the militants were opening aimed fire at the defenders of Krymske and Mariinka settlements. Heavy weapons weren’t used during the hostilities. The militants were using grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms.

It is also noted that the separation of the forces was aborted because of the shelling of the militants near Stanytsia Luhanska.

No casualties among the Ukrainian soldiers reported.

Reportedly, the illegal armed formations opened fire 32 times at JFO positions during the last day on 26 July. Heavy weapons weren’t used. One Ukrainian soldier died and one wounded during the hostilities.
