24 hours in Donbas: Militants use artillery and IFV, no casualties observed

The militants violated ceasefire regime 13 times from the beginning of the day

From 7 a.m. through 6 p.m., the militants violated the ceasefire regime 13 times and used artillery and the weapons of IFV in the hostilities zone in Donbas. The press office of the Joint Forces Operation reported this on Facebook.

‘In the afternoon, the enemy opened aimed fire from grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns and small arms at the positions of the Joint Forces Operation in the areas of settlements Novooleksandrivka, Troitske, Svetlodarsk, Novoluhanske, Novotroitske, Chermalyk, Starohnativka, Pavlopil, Hruntove, and Lebedynske. The occupants shelled the strongholds of our forces near Novoluhanske from 100mm artillery and the weapons of infantry fighting vehicles. The rival used 82mm mortars against our positions near Troitske and Svetlodarsk,’ reads the message.

It is claimed that none of the Ukrainian servicemen injured during the hostilities.  

Reportedly, over the previous day, the militants in Donbas opened fire at the positions of the Ukrainian servicemen 27 times. No casualties among the Ukranian servicemen reported.
