Donbas militants shell Ukraine's positions five times over 24 hours, no casualties observed

During the following day, October 22, the enemy violated the ceasefire regime five times without using the weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements. The press office of the Joint Forces Operation stated this on Facebook.

The enemy performed the shelling from grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms. The enemy’s highest activity was recorded near Marinka. The Russian occupation forces shelled the positions of the Joint Forces in the areas of settlements Krymske, Marinka, Novotroitske, and Lebedysnke.

‘As a result of hostile activity, none of the servicemen from the personnel of the Joint Forces wasn't injured today,’ reads the message.

Reportedly, yesterday, October 21, the militants shelled the residential areas of Marinka. As a result of the shelling, a 40-year-old resident got a through-gunshot wound to the lower limb and was hospitalized in Kurakhove medical facility.
