Russia-backed militants continue violating the cease-fire in the Donbas conflict zone, using mostly grenade launchers and small arms. Three Ukrainian soldiers were injured in the attacks in this 24 hours, according to the Ukrainian Army HQ on Facebook.
Overall, the militants broke the cease-fire 25 times.
Avdiivka industrial zone remains the epicenter of the conflict. Ukrainian positions here were attacked three times since 6 pm, with mines, tank weaponry, and grenade launchers. One Ukrainian soldier was wounded in these attacks.
In Mariupol sector, the bandits used 82-mm mines and heavy machine guns to fire at Ukrainian strongholds near Chermalyk for almost an hour. There were other attacks near Pavlopol, Lebedynske, Shyrokine. Another Ukrainian soldier was wounded near Vodiane.
In Luhansk sector, the evening was relatively calm. However, the terrorists used small arms and grenade launchers near Novozvanovka and Novoaleksandrovka.
As it was reported earlier, one Ukrainian soldier was wounded in Donbas over day, as of 6 pm yesterday.
