21 Russian mercenaries deceased in Donbas since beginning of month

Since the beginning of March 2020, Russian militants have lost 21 of their fighters in eastern Ukraine's combat area. The Joint Forces Operation HQ gathered this data and confirmed it on its Facebook page.

"Under the confirmed data, the losses of Russian occupant forces since the beginning of March 2020 made 21 dead people", the Ukrainian military reports.

According to the information, 31 militants were wounded in combat over the said period.

The list of damaged or destroyed vehicles includes a car, a drone and a multirole armored tow.

Earlier, on March 10, Russian militants landed nine attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas combat area. Two Ukrainian fighters lost their lives in action; another nine were injured. The HQ of the Joint Forces Operation reported that on Tuesday. 

In Donetsk region, the enemy violated the ceasefire five times. The armed gangs fired anti-tank missile launchers, grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns and small arms to shell the Ukrainian positions near Pisky. 82 mm mines and grenades hit Novoselivka II and Avdiivka. 

In Luhansk region, the militants attacked Ukrainian forces four times. In Orikhove, they used 82 mm and 120 mm mortars, mounted anti-tank grenade launchers; 120 mm mines and grenades hit the vicinities of Novooleksandrivka and Khutir Vilny.
