20-year-old Andriy Boyko dies in Dobas conflict zone

Andriy Boyko, a 20-year-old soldier of the first separate tank brigade was shot by a sniper on the Joint Forces Operation zone in Donetsk region, as Ltava TV and Radio Channel reported on Facebook.

“On October 16, at around 10 pm, Andriy Boyko, a soldier from Lubny died. Eduard Boroday, the deputy of the Regional Military Commissioner, confirmed this information,” the message says.

The soldier was fatally shot by a sniper. The fighter was 20 years old, he was serving in the first separate tank brigade in Donetsk region.

Andriy Boyko joined the ranks of Ukraine’s Armed Forces in February, 2018.

Reportedly, on October 16, two Ukrainian soldiers died in Donbas combat zone, Pavlo Bilyk from Vinnytsia region and Anton Mospan from Cherkasy. Both were fatally shot by a sniper.
