Almost twenty detained asked to move from the occupied Crimea to the continental Ukraine to serve prison time according to Mykhailo Chaplyga the Ukrainian Parliament Envoy for the Human Rights as Interfax-Ukraine reports.

He reminded that twelve detained from Crimea moved to the continental Ukraine serve the prison time. He expressed his hope that the process of the transferring would end as soon as it is possible.

'The relations with the Russian side are normal. Moskalkova (Tatiana Moskalkova Russian ombudsman) expresses the understanding', Chaplyga emphasized.

Earlier Russian-backed militants of the so-called Donetsk People's Republic handed over fourteen detained to the territory that is under control of Ukraine.
