Militants shelled Ukrainian positions 19 times over the past day. This was reported by the press center of Ukraine’s Army headquarters in Facebook.

"In response to the enemy, Ukrainian forces opened fire 12 times. As a result of hostilities, two of our servicemen were injured," the report said.

It is noted that in the evening the militants were mostly active in the Donetsk area.

After 18:00, illegal armed groups shelled twice Ukrainian positions on the approaches to Avdiivka from grenade launchers and small arms. Militants attacked from the same weapons three times in Nevelske area. At about 20:00 as a result of grenade launcher fire near Novoselivka Druha, one Ukrainian soldier was injured.

In Luhansk area, the bandits twice attacked from 82 mm mortars Ukrainian positions near Krymske at the end of the day. Near the same village militants actively used grenade launchers and large-caliber machine guns.
