Special monitoring mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE SMM) recorded 66 explosions in Donetsk region and 120 in Luhansk on September 15-17. This was stated in the mission's report published on its official website.
"The mission followed the reports of victims among civilians and recorded the damage inflicted to the residents of Donetsk," the report said.
Observers of the mission continued to monitor the areas of delimitation at Stanytsia Luhanska, Zolote and Petrivske (all in Luhansk region). Mission's access remained limited in all 3 delimitation zones for three days.
In addition, the SMM visited the border area in the Luhansk region, which is not under control of the state.
As it was reported earlier OSCE spotted three convoys of military equipment 15 km from Luhansk. Previously the OSCE saw 40 tanks near Donetsk.
One convoy consisted of two bridge-laying vehicles and three military-type personnel-carrying ferries loaded on flat-beds, the second – of six bridge-laying vehicles, and the third consisted of military-type amphibious-crossing vehicles loaded on flat-beds.
