The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) recorded 152 explosions in the Donbas region. This was reported in the daily report of the organization on September 21, 2019. Comparing with the previous report, the number of explosions has increased six times, as the OSCE mission reported about 22 explosions on September 20.
It is noted that the Russian militaries violated the ceasefire 135 times in Donbas region (more than 12 times as OSCE fixed on September 20) and 17 times in Luhansk region (six times more).
"The majority of ceasefire violations were recorded in southerly directions of Svitlodarsk (government-controlled, 57km north-east of Donetsk), south-east of Avdiivka (government-controlled, 17km north of Donetsk), as well as east and east-north-east of Maiorsk (government-controlled, 45km north-east of Donetsk)," the message reads.
As it was reported earlier, over the day, September 21, pro-Russian militants violated the ceasefire in Donbas seven times. Illegal armed groups fired on the positions of Ukrainian units with 122 mm artillery systems prohibited by the Minsk agreements. They also used weapons of infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers of various systems and small arms.
