15 civilians suffered or died in the zone of the armed Donbas Conflict in September. Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug claimed this at the briefing on October 6 as the press service of the mission reported.
According to Hug, the death of two civilians in the result of the attacks was confirmed and 13 people got wounded during the previous month.
He also stated the decrease of the attacks in the zone of the armed Donbas Conflict during the last week. Totally, the observers spotted 2057 violations of the ceasefire regime.
Head of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine Ertugrul Apakan claimed that 68 civilians died and 315 were wounded since the beginning of 2017 in Donbas.
