On November 29, armed pro-Kremlin militants attacked outposts of Ukrainian troops in Donbas 14 times. The HQ of the Joint Forces Operation reported this on Friday morning.
In seven cases, the enemy used Minsk-banned weapons. 82 mm mines hit the Ukrainian positions near Krymske, Luhanske, Chermalyk, Hnutove and Vodyane. The mercenaries also opened fire from grenade launchers, small arms and large-caliber machine guns; they attacked Krymske, Hnutove, Vilny, Krasnohorivka, Taramchuk, Avdiivka and Verkhnyotoretske.
Since small hours of November 30, the enemy did not open fire in the combat area.
One Ukrainian serviceman was wounded, another one went missing in action over the said period.
Earlier, on November 26, the militants shelled the positions of the Joint Forces of Ukraine six times, which led to the injuries of two Ukrainian servicemen. The press office of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) reported on Facebook.
‘The occupiers shelled our strongholds in the areas of Malynove, Pivdenne, and Krasnohorivka using grenade launchers and heavy machine guns. Besides, the enemy used 82mm mortars near Vilny, Opytne, and Hnutove. The Russian occupiers fired 120mm mortars in the area of Malynove, which is close to Stanytsia Luhanska,’ the headquarters reported.
