On Thursday, Russian occupant forces attacked Ukrainian military emplacements nine times. Two servicemen were injured in action, the HQ of the Joint Forces Operation reported. 

The skirmishes were observed in Krymske, Orikhove, Luhanske, Shumy, Pivdenne, Krasnohorivka, Mariinka, and Pavlopil.

The enemy mostly used small arms, grenade launchers, and heavy machineguns. 120 mm mines hit Ukrainian army positions in Luhanske; 82 mm mines landed in Krymske and Orikhove.

On October 3, the Russian-backed militants violated the ceasefire, opened fire 21 times. No casualties were reported according to the Joint Forces Operation HQ.

'The militants opened fire at our position 21 times. The enemy used Minsk-banned weapons five times. No casualties reported,' the report says.

Over the past 24 hours, the illegal armed formations performed attacks at the Ukrainian positions near Krymske, Troitske, Luhanske, Novoluhanske, Pisky, Krasnohorivka, Pavlopil, Hnutove, Vodayne, and Lebedynske.
