In the evening of October 20, the Russia-backed terrorists in the Donbas conflict zone again actively used arms that are prohibited by the Minsk agreements, the Ukrainian Army HQ reports.

In Luhansk sector, 82 and 120-mm mortars were used near Novoaleksandrivka. 120-mm mines hit Kalynivka, while grenade launchers were used near Popasna.

In Mariupol sector, the occupational forces attacked Ukrainian Army positions near Pavlopil twice, using 120-mm mortars and grenade launchers. ICV weaponry was used near Novotroitske, and grenade launchers – near Vodiane.

In Donetsk sector, the enemy attacked the Ukrainian soldiers near Zaitseve. Heavy machine guns were used near Maryinka.

The mercenaries attacked the Ukrainian Army 24 times. Ukrainian soldiers opened return fire to 16 of the attacks.
