A mortar attack took place in Novotoshkivske, Luhansk region on April 1. One of the mines hit the area next to the local school. Press office of the Ministry for the Temporarily Occupied Territories reported that on April 2.

"According to specifications of Luhansk regional military and civilian administration, one 120 mm shell fell six meters away from five-story building (...)", reads the message. 

The Ministry added that due to the quarantine, the studying process is now being conducted remotely, which is why there were no victims in the incident.

Earlier on April 2, representatives of self-styled "republics" of Donbas announced the names of people who are due to be exchanged duing the next round of prisoners' swap.

As we reported, Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Russia Dmitry Kozak stated that the contact group in Minsk has a week to determine people for exchange between Ukraine and occupied Donbas.

Earlier, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) suggested holding an exchange of prisoners with Ukraine via "10 for 8" formula in the shortest possible time.
