29 civilians died and 111 suffered in the zone of Donbas Conflict since the beginning of 2018. Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug as 112.ua reported.

"This year 29 civilians died due to this violence and 112 were wounded. This is because the ceasefire regime is violated; because the sides did not withdraw the forces and equipment and did not clear the territories from mines. People killed and wounded because the sides deliberately did not allow the OSCE SMM to verify the implementation of the agreements," he said.
