“The man drove Volkswagen Transporter and he was on his way to the militant-held territories. Upon stopping him at the Zaitseve checkpoint (Donetsk region), servicemen of Kramatorsk border guard unit started the additional check of the vehicle, as the driver got nervous. It proved he was transporting a lot of money, approximately 3 million of Russian roubles (nearly 45,000 U.S. dollars); the money was found and confiscated by workers of the State Fiscal Service”, reads the message at the State Border Guard’s website.
