Astarta Holding invests in modernization of agriculture in Ukraine

Agricultural holding “Astarta” invests 24 million euros in Ukrainian agriculture, says Director General of major sugar production in Ukraine Viktor Ivanchyk.

60% of the sum will be used for investment into agricultural business, 30% - for sugar production, 10% - for other fields of activity.

According to Director General the investment plan is already approved. The money will also be used to modernize agricultural production and technical equipment, to provide the production with fuel.

“In the current year we are planning to invest in capacity boost of two elevators (increase by over 60-80 thousand tons) and purchase of technical equipment”, - say representatives of Astarta holding.
