This morning, Saakashvili's associate David Sakvarellidze said that the law enforcers are breaking the door to the apartment of the "New Forces Movement" party leader.

Employees of Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) came to the spot, Saakashvili climbed the roof of the building, but later he was taken away. Later, the ex-governor handcuffed hands and brought them to the street, where politicians gathered trying to prevent him from withdrawing.

The minibus, in which Saakashvili was placed to, for a long time could not drive away from the European square. It was blocked by supporters of Saakashvili. Then people broke the windows in this car, broke the door and pulled Saakashvili out. He immediately went to the parliament for a rally.

The first announcement of something happening near Saakashvili's apartment came early in the morning from his associate David Sakvareridze. He wrote on Facebook that the law enforcers were breaking the door to the apartment of Saakashvili, and urged supporters of the ex-governor to gather on the street.

- The supporters of Saakashvili and members of parliament (including Viktor Chumak and Yuriy Derevyanko) came to the building promptly.

- Investigative actions were conducted in Saakashvili’s apartment, the politician himself climbed the roof, and, according to the media, threatened to jump down, "if someone touches him."

- As a result, the security forces pulled the ex-governor away from the edge of the roof and handcuffed him.

- After the announcement of the decision of the Pechersk court, Saakashvili was taken to the street in handcuffs, where his supporters tried to block the car, which should take away him for questioning.

- The clashes with law enforcement officers continue. Now the minibus is blocked on European Square.

Saakashvili’s lawyer Pavlo Bogomazov said that his defendant was suspected of "contributing to the state regime overthrow."

Later, the leader of the parliamentary faction of Bloc of Petro Poroshenko, Artur Herasimov, said that there are "substantiated suspicions that the Saakashvili’s team was funded by representatives of the Yanukovych team, in particular, Serhiy Kurchenko."

SBU claimed that Saakashvili was detained as part of the criminal proceedings against Part 1 of Art. 256 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("assistance to participants of criminal organizations and concealment of their criminal activity").

Attorney General Lutsenko personally decided to disclose the details of the detention. According to law enforcement officers, the protest rallies headed by Saakashvili were conducted for the money of the runaway businessman Kurchenko and aimed at overthrowing power in Ukraine. For this purpose, the former president of Georgia allegedly received half a million dollars.

Connection between Saakashvili and Kurchenko was arranged by someone Severion Dangadze. Allegedly, Saakashvili received about half a million dollars. Dangadze’s alleged transfer of half of this amount was allegedly recorded by the Ukrainian intelligence services.

Subsequently there was a leak of information and Dangadze left Kyiv. According to the investigation, he hid in Bukovel. A certain Nazar was together with him - a consultant in the Verkhovna Rada Committee on strange questions, anticorruption policy. This man was detained, and his bag was full of documents, in which alleged Kurchenko’s money-laundering was fixed.

Danganze was also detained, but already in Lubny, Poltava region, when he was heading towards the border with Russia. He is suspected of the state agency and in promoting the criminal organization and the closure of criminal activity.

Lutsenko said that allegedly, passport of Mikheil Saakashvili was found in the apartments of Dangadze. We all remember, the passport of ex-president of Georgia, was kept on table of the president and Minister Avakov.

The prosecutor's office will demand a reprieve in the form of a house arrest and wearing an electronic bracelet.

P.S.: This is not the end. Not only for Mikheil Saakashvili, but for some other politicians. Prosecutor’s office knows that some people are "get involved in even more dangerous games".
