Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU) after partially implementing the judicial reform (regarding justice) has lost its right to officially interpret laws.

This was reported by the National Bar Association of Ukraine (UNBA) on Facebook page, with reference to the Court's decision to refuse the opening of constitutional proceedings on the UNBA request to clarify the regulations of a number of articles of Ukrainian Laws.

The Bar Association posted a copy of the response received from the Court.

Earlier it was reported that judicial reform started in Ukraine. Respective law took legal effect on Friday, September 30.
