Summer (daylight saving) time will be cancelled on October 30 at 4:00 AM. Thus the clocks will be be turned back an hour.
The revert to winter and summer time is performed in accordance to the order of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers from May 13, 1996.
Today, approximately 70 countries utilize Daylight Saving Time in at least a portion of the country, not including Iceland, Belarus, Turkey and Russia.
In the period between spring and autumn, during which clocks are advanced by one hour from the time observed in the rest of the year, in order to make the most efficient use of seasonal daylight.
