Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) appealed against Kyiv court decision to arrest suspended head of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov with the right to pledge $3.7 million. This was reported by Interfax Ukraine.

"The application against court’s decision was submitted today," prosecution office informed.

At the same time, SAP prosecutor reported to UNN that the prosecution will demand Kyiv Court of Appeal to increase bail from $3.7 million to $74 million.

As it is known, the head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine is suspected in abuse of authority and embezzlement of public funds totaling some $74 million. Investigation considers that Nasirov, acting in the interests of MP Onyshchenko, groundlessly provided tax obligations by installments for a number of enterprises in terms of "gas case".
