Russian TV channels refuse to broadcast Eurovision due to travel ban for Samoylova

Eurovision musical contest that will take place in Kyiv, Ukraine will not be broadcasted by Russian TV channels. This was announced by the journalist of All-Russia State TV and Radio Company, reports Interfax.

“Nobody will go (to Eurovision) from Russia this year, that’s why nobody will broadcast this contest (in Russia),” he said.

Earlier it was reported that Samoylova continues to practice, hoping everything can still change after the travel ban. Russian singer noted that she is not upset with Kyiv’s decision.
