Russia is preparing a provocation on the day of the EU-Ukraine summit to slow the process of obtaining a visa-free regime for Ukraine. This was stated during the briefing, broadcasted by 112 Ukraine channel, by the head of Security Service department Anatoly Dublyk.

Earlier, the SSU announced on the presence of new documents with plans to destabilize the situation in 10-15 regions of Ukraine in the current month. The department then refused to give details.

Also Security Service of Ukraine warned Kharkiv citizens about the threat of terrorist attacks, which will exist until 20 November.

The appeal stated that Security Service management received information about potential threat of mass antistate protests which might take place from 4 to 20 November.
