The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko was questioned before the appointed time, because had some free time for this. This was announced by the head of the Special Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine Sergiy Gorbatyuk on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

“Indeed, the questioning took place yesterday. Actually, the principle agreement has been received before. The problem was "when", that is, the time that the President can come for questioning. Yesterday there was such an possibility, and, of course, we used it, without waiting for November 29. The investigators carried out the interrogation, and that’s what important, of course, not the date,” - said Gorbatyuk.

Speaking about the interrogation and its issue:

“Questions were related to events that Peter Poroshenko witnessed, and we were getting answers to them. These answers will be used in investigation,” the representative of the Prosecutor General’s Office said.

The information Poroshenko gave will be used during the investigation, according to Gorbatyuk.

The head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Gennady Moskal avoid interrogation, the Prosecutor General’s Office representative added.

Earlier it was reported that Poroshenko was questioned on Euromaidan crimes. According to the Procecutor General's Office Of Ukraine, the interrogation lasted 6 hours.
