Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko signed the law on "Unified State register of persons liable to conscription for military service". This was reported on the official website of Verkhovna Rada.

The law regulates relations in the sphere of state registration for civilians in reserve for the recruitment in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other educated individuals in accordance with Ukrainian laws regarding military formations in the special period, as well as in the work performance to ensure state security and persons, registered in the enlistment offices.

According to the document, the record of conscripts and persons liable to conscription for military service includes the track of information (biographical information, health conditions, interview results, etc.) regarding conscripts and draftees, which will be summarized in their personnel files or score cards, and are registered in the Unified State register of persons liable to military service.

Keeping track of personnel records is assigned to local (city) military commissariats.
