Police transfers to robust security regime in Ukraine

The decision was made in connection with the preparation for celebration of the Independence Day of Ukraine

National Police of Ukraine have transferred to robust service regime. This was announced on Friday, August 18, by the head of National Police Serhiy Knyazev during the video session. It was reported on the Facebook page of the National Police.

“According to the instructions of the head of National Police, from today, the personnel of the National Police of Ukraine transfers to the robust security regime because of with preparations for the celebration of the Independence Day in Ukraine,” the message says.

“To transfer the National Police to robust security regime until a special order,” said Knyazev, noting that all reserve police units will be guarding order on the streets of the country.

As it was reported earlier police prevented overspending of USD 1.3 mln by Naftogaz Ukraine company. Thanks to a timely detected violation, Ukraine’s leading energy enterprise avoided huge losses.
