Over 95,000 Ukrainians use visa-free travels with EU during month

Since the start of visa liberalization with the European Union, 50 Ukrainians were denied entry

Over 95,000 Ukrainians crossed the borders of European Union countries during the past month using visa-free regime with the EU. This was reported by the State Border Guard Service speaker Oleh Slobodyan on his Facebook page.

“95,461 Ukrainians used the right to enter the EU countries without restrictions. And there were only 50 refusals. The majority of those was because of the unconfirmed purpose of the visit,” the speaker wrote.

As it was reported earlier UK Ambassador spoke for relaxation of visa regime for Ukraine. Gough added that she needs to coordinate the expectations of Ukraine from the visa regime with Great Britain.
