Basmanny District Court of Moscow extended the seizure of property of Roshen factory in Lipetsk until September 13, 2017. This was reported by Ukrainian News referring to the company’s press service.

"The value of seized property is many times higher than the alleged harm inflicted, the lawyers are reminding about this every time. However, judge Lenskaya has ignored the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation from June 1, 2017 #19. We will see how Moscow City Court reacts when considering our appeal," Oleg Kazakov, General Director of Lipetsk factory, commented on another extension of seizure.
