Memorial to soldiers of Ukrainian People's Republic (UPR) was installed on Soborna Square in Dripro city. It will ceremoniously be opened on the day of еру anniversary of Ukrainian People's Republic (UPR) and West Ukrainian National Republic (ZUNR) Unification on January 22.

This was reported by Radio Svoboda.

The Memorial has a form of crest that, according to the organizers remind the one that was used on awards and symbols of the Ukrainian People's Republic.

It will be stationed not far away from the place where 14 UPR soldiers, who fought in the regiment "Sich Riflemen - free Cossacks" are buried. The regiment was formed by people from Dnieper Ukrainians and Galicians, who died in battles against the Bolsheviks.

Earlier it was reported that the car ruins memorial to Heavenly Hundred Heroes in Kyiv. Avoiding another car, the driver crashed into a monument.
