Memorial to Heavenly Hundred Hero broken in Kyiv

Vandals in Kyiv broke the memorial tablet to the Heavenly Hundred Hero Roman Senyk installed in Kthe capital by his family from Yavorivka district of Lviv region. This was reported in Facebook by sister of the hero Lesya Lysak.

According to her, the memorial tablet was destroyed on August 24, on the day Ukraine celebrated Independence Day.

ZIK agency wrote that the incident was reported to the police, but it is yet unknown if the criminal proceeding were opened. The family waits for this information.

It is noteworthy, that six famous memorials were damaged in Kyiv for the past half of a year, one of which were damaged three times.

As it was reported earlier the Memorial site for Donbas veterans was opened in Kyiv. The monument represents aspirations for future victory over Russia.
