Lithuania gave 150 telescopes to the Ukrainian army. This was announced by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in his speech in Pokrovsk of Donetsk region on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"I had a meeting with the great friend of the Ukrainian people, Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitė, she firmly supports our sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence, and Lithuania was the first country to deliver us lethal weapons. A few days ago she came to visit Ukraine and said that she couldn’t come empty handed. I want to pass the symbolic things, this is something that was not financed by the state budget of Lithuania, but collected by public organizations to help our soldiers. 150 telescopes were presented to the Defense Ministry. She bought this for her own money, let me pass this to you, "the president said.
