Solomensky district court in Kyiv has set the $12,000 bail for Ukrainian MP Maksym Polyakov and ordered him to wear an electronic bracelet. This was reported by 112 Ukraine TV channel.

Prosecutor Maksym Kravchenko is content with the court decision.

“The court has made the decision that is justified and legal. I can add that we are satisfied with this decision, primarily on the grounds that the suspicion is found to be justified. For us, the main thing is that the suspect properly performs the procedural duties assigned to him. For us the main thing is that he does not ignore invitations to the preliminary investigation bodies, to the court, to the prosecutor's office, that he appears and gives evidence,” he said.
