Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitriy Peskov refused to comment on Nadiya Savchenko’s case and, in particular, on the fact that she announced hunger strike, informed “TASS”.

“I don’t want to comment on this issue. It’s not on our agenda”, - Peskov stated.

He emphasized that there’s an ongoing court hearing on Savchnko’s case and “comments on our part are irrelevant”.

Earlier it has been reported that Savchenko will announce hunger strike demanding her extradition to Ukraine.
