The head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) Nazar Kholodnytsky announced its intention to take the case regarding the head of the Central Election Commission Mykhaylo Okhendovsky to the court until February 13th. The head of SAP said this in an exclusive commentary to "112 Ukraine" TV channel.

"The court did not grant the request of detectives and prosecutors on the election of pledge. We will most likely appeal. Who need a cold mind and a warm heart now. Detectives have the opportunity, we will contribute in all matters in order to collect the rest of the evidence they need to. We direct the investigation in the according direction, so that the case was brought to court within the statutory two-month period which expires on February 13," Kholodnytsky said.
