EU court upheld the claim of the Polish PGNIG to suspend the implementation of the European Commission's decision on increasing access of "Gazprom" to the OPAL pipeline.

This was announced by the press secretary of the head of state Svyatoslav Tsegolko on a Facebook page.

"This is the first important result of the coordinated efforts of Ukraine and Poland in this regard,” Tsegolko wrote.

Tsegolko also reminded that on December 2, President Petro Poroshenko had on a visit to Warsaw, where he held talks with both the President and Prime Minister of Poland.

Earlier it was reported that the Polish government contested the decision of the EC on "Gazprom” access to the OPAL pipeline.
