Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin insulted Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Klimkin, calling him a "retard" over his promise to return freedom to Crimean people. Rogozin posted the message on Twitter.

"What a retard! They’ve been free for three years already," he wrote.

As it was reported earlier, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin commented on the third anniversary of the Russian illegal annexation of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
