Antonov refuse to pay $3 million to Russian Defense Ministry

The State Company promises to comment further after receiving the full text of the decision

State Enterprise Antonov intends to appeal against the decision of Moscow Arbitration Court on $3 million penalty withdrawal in favor of the Defense Ministry of Russian Federation. This was reported by the press service of the company, reports Interfax-Ukraine.

Experts of the legal department are now preparing their appeal.

'We will comment the situation after receiving the full text of the court decision," Antonov representatives say.

Earlier it was reported that Moscow court tries to withdraw $3 million from Antonov for Russian Defense Ministry. The lawsuit’s general announced cost is $5, 5 million.
