The question of the abolition of visas for Ukrainians is on the agenda of the meeting of the Committee of Permanent Representatives of member countries of the EU Council. This is stated in the agenda published on the European Council website.
It is reported that the committee will consider the draft resolution of the European Parliament and of the EU Council amending EU Regulation. This regulation concerns the list of third countries whose nationals must be in possession of visas when crossing the external borders and those whose nationals are exempt from this requirement, including Ukraine.
It is indicated that the document will be considered on first reading.
