The introduction of the visa-free regime between EU and Ukraine will not influence the order of agreements of the local border traffic. The Directorate General for Consular Service reported this at Facebook answering the questions of the Ukrainians. 

‘The introduction of the visa-free regime between EU and Ukraine for short trip of the Ukrainian citizens will not influence the order of trips of the Ukrainian citizens within the local border traffic. The agreements of the local border traffic signed with Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania will be used further’, the Department reports.

The signing ceremony of legislative decision to grant visa-free regime for Ukrainian citizens by the European Union was held in Strasbourg on May 17. It will come into force on June 11.
