The Russian Federation has not implemented a single item of the Minsk agreement within more than two years after its signing. This was reported by Mariana Betza, the speaker of the Ukraine's Foreign Affairs Ministry on her page in Twitter.
"It turns two years after Minsk Protocol. Until now, Russia as a signatory shows no readiness to implement it and stop aggression against Ukraine," - wrote Betza.

As it was reported earlier, Pavlo Rozenko, the Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine and the Head of the National Trilateral Social and Economic Council under the President of Ukraine, said that Minsk agreements help to stop armed conflict in the east of the country, and Ukraine must fully comply with them, as they have no alternative.
