Turkey will provide $ 3.1 million for the Ukrainian army in 2017. This was stated by Ambassador of Ukraine to Turkey, Andrii Sybiha on "Twitter", a similar message was published by the press service of the Ukrainian Embassy in Turkey.

"A wonderful end of the year - signed an agreement - Republic of Turkey will provide $ 3.1 million assistance in 2017 for the Ukrainian army. Strategic partnership in action." Sybiha wrote.

According to the press service of the Ukrainian Embassy in the Republic, the agreement provides for the allocation of $ 3 million annually for 5 years. The funds allocated by the Turkish side will be used for the acquisition of military and dual-use items for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
